Welcome to Bo Bo Nursery School, please note the following application guidelines carefully before registration:

Application procedures

1.

Please submit an online application within the application period. Any applications received before or after the application period will not be accepted.

Application received from applicants who do not meet the age requirements for the class they are applying for will not be accepted.
2.

Application method:

Playgroup (with adult)

Please do not submit more than one application. Duplicate applications will not be reviewed.
3.

We only accept online applications. We do not accept applications received by phone or by post, or any walk-in applications.
4. To make sure you receive our e-mails, you are suggested not to use Hotmail as your contact email address.
5.

Admission criteria:

(a) Priority will be given to applicants with siblings who graduated from or currently studying in our school.

(b) Applicants who live near the school. (Distance from the Podium Sing Fai Terrace to the applicant’s home will be measured.)

(c) Children should have reached the age of 13 months or above and are able to walk on their own.

2024 – 2025 application of C1-K3 class

Application Guidelines

  • Applicants are recommended to use web browsers Chrome or Firefox to do the application.
  • Only online registration is accepted, and registration is not accepted by phone, Walk in and mail.

     

Before completing an online application form, please prepare the following items:

  • Applicant Photo (format: jpeg, jpg, png; size: 10MB)
  • A copy of Birth Certificate of the applicant (format: jpeg, jpg, png, pdf ; file size:10MB)
  • After completing the application procedure, parents will receive a verification email. Please make sure to check your email inbox and junk mailbox, if necessary.
  • Parents can use the applicant’s date of birth, birth certificate number and the registered email address to amend the application form before the application deadline.
  • Application fees cannot be refunded or transferred.
  • If you have any enquiries, please call 25689706 from Monday to Friday.

Application Procedures

According to the registration date*  in the above table, you can register online. If the qualification of registration does not meet the requirements of the registration period, the school will not process the application.

If the birth year of the child and the class to be enrolled are found to be ineligible for the online registration, the school will not process the application.

  • All the items in the online registration form and carefully check the correct information before pressing “Submit”.
  • The (*) marked information are compulsory and must be provided in order for this application to be processed/accepted.
  • Information not marked with (*) are optional. Parent(s)/Applicant can decide whether or not to provide the information.
  • Please do not submit the registration form repeatedly. If you find that you have repeatedly submitted the registration form, the school will not process the application.
  • There is no limit on the number of applications.
4. Parents are requested to reserve time to attend the briefing session. The date of the briefing session is shown in the above table. In addition, if the parents fail to receive the time of attending the briefing session before the date specified in the above table, please call the school. The briefing session will introduce the school’s educational philosophy, early childhood development and curriculum. If parents want children to have the opportunity to enroll in the school, please be sure to attend. Parents are required to pay an application fee of $40 when attending the course briefing. If necessary, the course briefing will provide translation.

School-based Admission Mechanism：

(a) Accept all applications before the deadline.

(b) There is no interview in our school, according to the address of the distance priority.

(c) Give priority to brothers and sisters as K3 graduates.

(d) Full-time classes give priority to dual-career families and families with special circumstances.
6.

Support for Non-Chinese Speaking Students (NCS)：

(a) The admission briefing will be arranged for non-Chinese speaking parents to arrange interpretation and/or translation services as needed, or parents and children should be accompanied by relatives and friends who understand Chinese to assist in communication.

(b) We provide related centre information with contacts and email as below.

Arrangements for N1 students changing school after registration：

(a) Telephone and email notification of the results of the admission and notification of the date of payment of the registration fee($800) by phone and email before 15 December 2023.

(b) After the student registers and transfers to the school, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Arrangements for K1 students changing school after registration：

(a) Notification of admission results by phone and email before 15 December 2023.

(b) Submit  the registration certificate and pay the registration fee ($ 800) , during the Centralised Registration Dates (January 4, 2024 to  January 6, 2024 )

(c)  Registration for children on waiting list : When the school has a place vacancy, parents will be notified by email or phone

(d) After the student registers and transfers to the school,  please notify the school in writing, the registration fee will not be refunded.

  3. The application of unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed. The application of successful candidates will become part of the student file, in connection with this data will thereafter be handled by the kindergarten.
  4. In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants have the rights of access to and correction of the personal data contained in the application form, and the right to request a copy of such data.
